"A building is encountered; it is approached, confronted, related to one's body, moved through, utilized as a condition for other things. Architecture directs, scales, and frames actions, perceptions, and thoughts."
-Juhani Pallasmaa
I have sixteen years of experience in architecture, am a licensed architect and have been given a great deal of responsibilities. I have had the privelege of working on a few significant projects in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. I have believed that in order to execute a design well, I need to be involved and experienced in all aspects of the project from marketing through construction administration and have worked hard to achieve this.
Merely being well settled is not my objective. I wish to work where the process is constantly evolving, ideas are openly expressed and where these expressions contribute to solid design.
I am partner in such an architectural firm with Frantz Davies. The name of our firm is FOREST for the TREES. Our website is www.ffttrees.com. We believe that relevant, responsive, imaginative solutions are possible by constantly shifting focus to the big picture, challenging the status quo.
